Ackerschaft

With the GemüseAckerdemiethe multi-award-winning and curriculum-compliant educational program from Germany, we are now helping six schools and four kindergartens to set up a vegetable garden and integrate it into their school day in the long term into their everyday school life. We provide information, knowledge and skills so that children and teachers alike can experience how much work and joy there is in food as part of their gardening activities there is in food.

With the offer Off to the post-harvest we have been successfully offering public post-harvest campaigns in collaboration with Liechtenstein farmers since 2020. With over 600 vegetable savers now on our mailing list, we have started a movement that actively tackles food loss in the fields.

With the AckerKüche we offer "radically regional" Culinary delights. Our two association chefs cook exclusively with regional ingredients and post-harvest vegetables and have been conjuring up delicious dishes from local produce at institutional events since 2022.
